CLASS TERMS & CONDITIONS
Our classes are run by The Workroom and administered by our freelance tutor team.
To register for a class you must accept our terms and conditions by ticking the box at check out.
When booking a class online if you cancel within 7 days we will refund your payment in full (unless your payment is within 7 days of the start of the class). After that period our classes are non-refundable.
If we have a waiting list for a class and we can fill your space we will be sometimes be able to offer you an alternative class or a refund but this isn’t always possible, and is at our discretion, so please check dates carefully before booking.
You may transfer your booking to another person as long as you notify us of this and provide us with their details.
We reserve the right to cancel a workshop and we will endeavour to give you as much notice as possible and offer you a full refund or transfer to another class if you prefer. Unfortunately we cannot accept any liability for any travel or other costs incurred.
If you miss a class we cannot offer a ‘make up’ session or other tuition.
It is your responsibility to make sure that you have consulted the website and your Confirmation of Booking for class date and time accurately. We hold no liability for missed classes or late arrivals as a result of your negligence. We will not contact you to inform you that you have missed a class.
ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
